On-Wheel Balancing(Hi-Speed): The Steering Correction

How can this happen to my car…you will say to yourself…Now your next judgement is to bring the car to Service Centre and make a complain….Guess what they will say all fine expect you need do the balancing….Next you went to tire shop…they do the balancing and wheel alignment …Cost your RM 35 to RM50…Finish you test drove the car but F%*k the steering is shaking again…back to shop and complain again…Simple answer from them, Bro you need to do High-Speed Balancing…Sorry we don’t do here…You can check at this shop….This drama end when you went to the said shop and ask them to do On-Wheel Balancing…Actually what is On-Wheel Balancing…

During normal balancing it call Off-wheel balancing but on On-Wheel Balancing uses special machine and tools…..First they will jack up one of your front wheel and uses  special balancing machine( look like your kids toys cars)  where the they sits on it and make the wheel run on very high speed approximately  160km . The machine will automatic detect the area where the balancing is should done. The add zinc clip at back of wheels. They will do both front wheels only. Walla…..finish…..Just took 20 to 25 minutes. Only cost you around RM 20.00 to RM 30.00. But not all the tire shop in Malaysia has the machine because the person who operates the machine must be well trained ….Good luck
